Standort: Westminster, CO, United States

About REP: REP designs world-class, innovative gym equipment that is sold around the world, and we are now expanding into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. REP was established in 2012 by two brothers who shared a deep passion for fitness. From our humble beginnings of selling bumper plates out of a small garage, REP has experienced remarkable growth, now occupying over 300,000+ square feet of office and distribution space in the USA and internationally. With a dedicated team of over 200+ fitness enthusiasts, our vision is to be the #1 Strength Brand in the World. Our commitment to innovation, customer service, and value sets us apart. We believe in building a culture centered around fitness, so we specialize in outfitting home gyms, commercial gyms, and strength and conditioning facilities. Our dedication to excellence has been recognized multiple times when we were featured in the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in 2018 and 2021 and then voted the best home strength product launch in 2022 by Garage Gym Experiment. Our team works out together, and we regularly invite fitness superstars to join us. We organize fun challenges to test our limits - and the limits of our equipment. At REP, we continue to grow and bring new opportunities for those who want to be a part of a winning team. We firmly believe that being surrounded by like-minded individuals fuels creative energy and fosters a fun and collaborative work environment. This role is based in our state-of-the-art headquarters with a bright, spacious, shared workspace; scenic views of the Rocky Mountains; and a kitchen always stocked with healthy snacks, protein powder, and coffee. We offer a hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days in the office, but there’s flexibility about which days and hours. Our Core Values: Think Like a Customer - We empathize with our customers; understand the 'why' behind every decision we make Progress not Perfection - We don't let perfect get in the way of good; we are better today than we were yesterday Positive Attitude - Be a glass half-full kind of person and remember to have fun Teamwork without Ego - We put the team above ourselves; we only win together Take Initiative - We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it About This Role: REP runs its business on NetSuite. Our ERP and our warehouse management system, RF-SMART, which runs inside NetSuite, carry our orders, inventory and finances across multiple US distribution centers, a growing retail footprint, and operations in the UK and Europe. The NetSuite Platform Architect is the technical authority for that platform: you decide how it is built, how it changes, and how it gets better. Your success is measured by how much the business can do without you. Don't be the person who has to push the button; build the button that end users can push for themselves. That means turning recurring requests to IT into tools that finance, warehouse, customer service and retail teams use directly: workflows, dashboards and saved searches, guided record updates, import and mass-update tools, and RF-SMART mobile functions, each with the right roles, validation and audit trail so self-service is safe. This is a hands-on role. You will design and write SuiteScript, configure and extend RF-SMART, and own the release process. You will also set the standards that let our analysts and implementation partners change the platform safely without you in every decision, and you will leave the platform better documented, easier to change and less customized than you found it. You will work alongside an Enterprise Solutions Architect, who decides which systems own which capabilities and how they connect. You decide how those decisions are realized inside NetSuite. Business requirements and functional design within existing configuration sit with our systems analysts, who bring you the work that needs platform-level design. Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Business self-service: Turn recurring requests to IT into capabilities business users run themselves. Design and build workflows, dashboards, saved searches, Suitelets, import and mass-update tools, approval flows and RF-SMART mobile functions, with role-based access, validation and audit trails so that self-service stays within financial and operational controls. Platform design authority: Own the technical design of NetSuite (ERP) and RF-SMART (WMS), including the data model, configuration versus customization decisions, SuiteScript, workflows, and role and permission design, so that every change is consistent, supportable, and built to scale. Hands-on build and tier-3 support: Design, develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) customizations and RF-SMART configuration. Resolve platform defects and script failures, and lead technical escalations with NetSuite and RF-SMART support. Change governance and documentation: Own the sandbox, release, and deployment strategy; publish a configuration envelope that defines what analysts may change without review; approve every change deployed into the platform, including partner work; and maintain design records, a customization inventory, runbooks, and user guides for self-service tools. Platform roadmap and modernization: Maintain a quarterly ERP and WMS platform roadmap covering self-service opportunities, release adoption, module and SuiteApp options, customization retirement, and technical debt. Review it each quarter with the Enterprise Solutions Architect for fit with the wider systems estate and with the Systems Team Manager for capacity. Integration contracts: Own the NetSuite side of every integration, including records, fields, endpoints, and governance limits, and work with the Integration Developer and Enterprise Solutions Architect on the patterns that connect NetSuite to order management, ecommerce, logistics partners, and other systems. Enablement and technical leadership: Coach analysts, developers and business super-users on platform standards and self-service tools; review platform-affecting work; and partner with business systems analysts who own requirements and functional design. Travel: Up to 10%, primarily to US distribution centers for warehouse system changes and go-lives. What You Will Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Computer Skills: NetSuite (OneWorld, multi-subsidiary and multi-currency) at an expert level: SuiteScript 2.x (user event, client, scheduled, map/reduce, RESTlet, Suitelet), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics (saved searches, SuiteQL). SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), source control (Git), and structured sandbox-to-production deployment. RF-SMART for NetSuite or another NetSuite-based warehouse management system (RF-SMART strongly preferred). NetSuite integration interfaces (SuiteTalk REST and SOAP, RESTlets, token-based authentication) and working familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo. Jira and Confluence, or comparable work-tracking and documentation tools. Knowledge of: Warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting and returns) and how they run in NetSuite and RF-SMART; accounting and finance processes in NetSuite (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory valuation and costing, period close and reconciliation); NetSuite governance limits, performance and security model, including role design and segregation of duties for business self-service; release and change management practices.
