The Role We are looking for a Junior Media Buying Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help manage digital advertising campaigns that focus on the online gaming industry, but sit across all verticals. You will work closely with our Business Development and Account Management teams to set clear goals for each campaign. You will help build, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns to improve results. You will also create clear reports for clients, showing how each campaign performed. This role suits someone who likes working with numbers, spotting patterns, finding ways to improve results, and analyzing data. Those that succeed tend to enjoy the thrill of working in a fast paced environment, are motivated by learning new skills, and not easily discouraged by setbacks or unsuccessful tests. Key Responsibilities · Help design, set up, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns · Work with Business Development and Account Management teams to define campaign goals and strategies · Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments for better results · Create clear and useful reports for clients on campaign performance · Communicate regularly with internal and external teams to keep campaigns on track · Support the smooth and efficient running of media and advertising plans What You'll Bring · Strong written and spoken English skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks at once · Ability to work independently · Good math skills and an analytical mindset · Strong attention to detail · A proactive, hands-on approach · Working knowledge of betting and the sports industry · Schedule flexibility to support high priority campaigns targeting sport events that may occur outside of work hours It'll Be a Bonus If You Know · Demand-side platforms such as Xandr, The Trade Desk, or Beeswax · Search, social, or other paid media channels · How to work with teams in different locations across the globe · Digital advertising operations, with hands-on experience trafficking, managing campaigns, placing tags, or working within third party verification services or mobile measurement providers (MMPs) We enjoy an ‘office-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together.
